The Council on Study Abroad appointed a total of 18 instructional and research faculty to teach and/or conduct research abroad through the UHM Study Abroad Center for Fall 2013, Spring 2014, and Summer 2014. These faculty members represented the following departments: Civil and Environmental Engineering, Curriculum Studies, EALL-Chinese, Educational Psychology, English, Ethnic Studies, History, HNFAS (Human Nutrition, Food and Animal Sciences), LLEA-French, Mathematics, Music, Pediatrics, Political Science, Religion, and William S Richardson School of Law.
During the 2013-2014 academic year, 254 students studied abroad and enrolled in 311 courses. Thirty of these courses were taught by eleven UH Mānoa faculty members in semester/year-long programs and four faculty members in summer programs.
