During the 2016-2017 academic year, 321 students studied abroad.
A total of 22 instructional and research faculty to teach and/or conduct research abroad through the UHM Study Abroad Center for Fall 2016, Spring 2017, and Summer 2017. These faculty members represented the following departments: Accountancy, Architecture, East Asian Languages and Literature, English, Family and Consumer Sciences, Financial Economics and Institutions, Geography, History, Human Nutrition Food and Animal Science, Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences, Languages and Literatures of Europe and the Americas, Library and Information Science Program, Music, Plant and Environmental Protection Sciences, Political Science, Public Health Studies, School of Law, School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene, Theatre and Dance.
