How to Participate

Our Virtual Fair will take place over Zoom. The schedule below has links to four separate Zoom meeting rooms. Each room will host multiple sessions throughout the day about the Study Abroad Center programs, as well as application and funding information sessions. Click on the “Room 1”, “Room 2”, “Room 3”, or “Room 4” links to join the Zoom meeting room and view any session that interests you. Then, you can either stay in the room to see the next session, or leave the room and visit another session in a different Zoom room.

You do not need to have a Zoom account or any special programs installed; you can attend our Virtual Fair with just a web browser.

All live sessions will be recorded. Most morning session recordings will be replayed in the afternoon. During the replayed sessions, attendees may still have questions answered live by a Study Abroad Center team member.

At the end of every session, a moderator will post a link to a Sign-In form. Please fill out the form to let us know about your experience with the Virtual Fair and let us know what programs interest you. We will use the information to improve future virtual events and let you know about any events for your program of interest.
