To Study Abroad is to Dare to Discover, Dare to Learn, and Dare to Understand from others’ perspectives while living away from your own comfort zone.
Although you will be away from your cultural comfort zone you will be Studying Abroad within the academic realm of the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa which will enable you to earn credits toward your degree without delaying your graduation. Courses are offered in a wide range of fields in many countries, and fulfill foundations, focus, second language, certificate, minor, major, elective, or graduation requirements. A Study Abroad course may also be used as a “focus exemption.”
Study Abroad Programs have designated UHM faculty members who supervise and teach UHM courses while pursuing their own research abroad.
University of Hawai`i Mānoa Study Abroad Programs are open to qualified students from all US Universities.
